HI KAITIE!! Welcome!!
I'm so glad you found us!! I'm a Canadian transplant, live in Colorado now - originallly from Quebec.

This is ann amazing breed isn't it? And an amazing bunch of people behind them! Do you live anywhere near Red Deer?

Hello Kaitie! Welcome to the AA forum. It's so great to meet you. How's the weather up there? Here in southwest Colorado its snowy and gray. I hope the sun comes out today to brighten things up for a while. Apparently, Canada's groundhog didn't see his shadow and the groundhog working for the U.S. did. Smile We'll have to hire your groundhog next year. Wink

It is definitely an amazing breed. I am thoroughly impressed with everything about them Smile And yes I do live near Red Deer, I am about ninety minutes from there.

Winter here has actually been the nicest we have had in years. They are saying it is the third warmest winter documented. Of course on the really bad storm days I was driving, like a maniac obviously. I was the only one crazy enough to be out Shocked lol. I think the groundhog was actually right this year. It feels quite like spring time right now. But I am pretty sure it is just a tease. I guarantee we will have more snow.

We've been having snow ever since I posted that we should switch groundhogs. HAHA! Our US groundhog must not have been happy I said that. Smile ...or maybe he was right in his prediction for the US after all. Sad
